ABOUT US

QAFF Original.png

The QAFF Foundation crosses continents, senses and knowledge. Wandering in the pleasures of transiting between one and another similar culture, separated by a universal historical landmark. We cross realities, and thoughts of people that surround our daily life.  The QAFF Foundation was created by Wilfrid Massamba to take advantage of the opportunities that arise in the development of cultural activities and exchanges by bringing Africa to Colombia.

The QAFF Foundation works in the sectors of audiovisual production and distribution (film, television and content for web platforms); cultural events and, therefore, implicitly in music and visual arts.

The first initiative is the QUIBDÓ AFRICA FILM FESTIVAL, whose first edition was held from September 18 to 28, 2019 during the San Pacho festivities.

This initiative shows very clearly the approach of the QAFF Foundation as a cultural actor, both in audiovisual productions, content distribution and events to position itself in the African market and African descendants as an audience, while imagining with it, to conquer the Latin American market which is estimated at more than 400 million people.
