The QAFF Foundation crosses continents, enriching itself with the emotions and know-how of other cultures. Traveling with the pleasure of moving between similar customs separated by a historical landmark. We rub shoulders with and learn from the reality of the people who surround us on a daily basis.
The QAFF Foundation was created by Wilfrid MASSAMBA to take advantage of the opportunities that arise in the development of activities and cultural exchanges by taking Africa to Colombia and vice versa.
The QAFF Foundation works in the areas of audiovisual production and distribution (film, television and content for web platforms); cultural events and therefore implicitly in music and visual arts.
The first initiative was the QUIBDÓ AFRICA FILM FESTIVAL, whose first edition was held from September 18 to 28, 2019, the second from September 15 to 19, 2020 and third from September 13 to 18, 2021.
This initiative shows very clearly the orientation of the QAFF Foundation as a cultural actor, both for audiovisual productions, content distribution and events to position itself in the African market and its diaspora as a target audience, while imagining with it, to conquer the Latin American market which is estimated at more than 400 million people.
